Lloyd Lee, Esq. serves on the Board of Governors for the Korean-American Bar Association of Southern California. KABA provides significant legal support to the local Los Angeles community by holding pro-bono legal clinics, donating significant funds to other non-profits, mentoring law students, endorsing judicial candidates, writing position papers on important legal issues, offering scholarships to law students, and a myriad of other community-based activities.

Lloyd is the Board Co-Chair for the KABA Solo and Small Firm Practice Group, a group that provides resources and support to solo and small-firm practitioners in the Los Angeles community. Lloyd also serves as the KABA Internet and Social Media Chair.

Lloyd is a former law clerk for the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and a graduate of Temple Law’s award-winning Integrated Transactional Program, voted the #1 transactional program by the CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution.  During law school, Lloyd served on the executive board of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal as a Research Editor. Lloyd also worked as a summer associate at the law firm of Andersen, Roscha and Odne.

Lloyd received his JD from the Temple Beasley School of Law in 2008. Prior to law school, Lloyd worked in equity research at an investment bank and a forensic accounting firm in San Francisco, CA where he built complex financial models. Lloyd is also a graduate of the University of California, Davis with double bachelors degrees in Economics and Psychology.
